Stacy began her career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand in Orlando. Prior to forming McCrady & Associates, PLLC. Stacy was a partner in another local firm for several years focusing most of her time on nonprofit organizations and the charter school industry. During that time, she initiated and was responsible for developing a niche in the audits of charter schools. She has spent over 25 years expanding her knowledge regarding the laws, rules and regulations required for charter school accountability. Her concentration in the Firm is to provide personal quality professional services in the areas of assurance, accounting and tax, primarily to the nonprofits and educational institutions including charter schools, private schools, and Step Up Reports. However, she has experience in commercial audits as well as employee benefits plan audits. Stacy is also on the Board of Orangewood Christian School.

Michelle has been working in the auditing and accounting department since February 2013. Prior to her career in public accounting, she was an accountant for a publically traded health care corporation for 5 years. Michelle has been involved in the examination of accounting records, review of legal documents, inquiries regarding internal controls and accounting procedures, and other practices necessary to prepare the assurance work papers and reports. She Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A in Accounting.
